Lat De Ratte Komma In aka Let The Right One In was directed by Tomas Alfredson. This movie is based on a novel by John Ajvide Lindqvist.The preteen kid Oskar (Kare Hedebrant) was bullied by his classmates and wanted to take revenge. He fell in love with Eli (Lina Leandersson), a strange girl of his age who could not bear the sunlight. Eli gave him all the strength required to fight back. As their love developed, Oskar realized that Eli was alive only by drinking other people's blood. But love overpowered everything.
Shot in the suburb of Stockholm, this movie was a perfect combination of romance and violence. The direction and the cinematography was of quite high standards. Even the actors did their job pretty well. After a long time, you got a drama based horror. A must watch for those who have liked The Others or The Tale of Two Sisters.
